1. What we do

PinkDolphin (A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO, Dubai) coordinates planned medical treatment abroad and protects the payment. We forward your case to accredited hospitals, pass on their fixed-price offers, arrange travel and visa support, and provide aftercare coordination.

2. What we are not

We are not a hospital, a doctor, an insurer or a lender. We give no medical advice and make no diagnosis. The treatment contract is between you and the hospital. All clinical decisions, and responsibility for the treatment itself, lie with the treating physicians.

3. No emergencies

We only handle planned procedures. If you or the patient are in acute danger, call your local emergency services. Do not use this service.

4. Prices

Prices shown on our website are indicative. The binding quote is issued by the hospital and is fixed and all-inclusive for what it lists. If a genuine medical complication requires care beyond the agreed plan, the hospital informs you before it happens.

5. Payment and escrow

• Your payment goes to a licensed payment institution, not to PinkDolphin.
• It is released to the hospital only after the hospital confirms the treatment took place.
• If the treatment does not happen — cancellation, visa refusal, or you change your mind before departure — the full amount is returned to you.
• PinkDolphin charges a transparent fee on the payment protection. It is shown before you pay.
• We take no commission from the hospital.

6. Your obligations

The medical documents you send must be genuine and complete. A wrong or incomplete report can lead to a wrong quote — or a wrong plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload.

7. Liability

We are liable for our own coordination service. We are not liable for the medical outcome, which is the responsibility of the hospital and its physicians. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge at any time before departure. The full escrowed amount is returned.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (DWTCA Free Zone).
